KATHY
Founder , Yoga and Meditation Instructor

"My purpose is to create an empowering, non-competitive, encouraging environment for students of all skill levels to achieve their lifestyle goals through yoga. Transformation can happen while we are having fun, finding ease, confidence, strength, peace, flexibility, friends, and laughter. No matter what style of class a student desires, the intention is to have you leave feeling better, happier, calmer, and healthier than when you started."
Biography
Kathy, CYT 200 from the Living Yoga Program, Radha Madhav Dham Ashram in Austin, Texas, teaches several yoga styles including Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Therapeutic, Chair, Yin, Power, and Vinyasa Flow. She has had the honor of teaching students ages 6 to 79 and believes no matter what our age or how long we've been practicing yoga, we are all beginners.
With a bachelor's degree in business, emphasizing health sciences, Kathy has combined her education with life experience to offer safe, practical solutions and accessible yoga postures for all body types and abilities.
"It is my saving grace and responsibility to help others the way yoga has helped me by bringing you Yoga Goes."
